Parental Workshops during Science Week
We celebrated British Science week with a week full of exciting opportunities for children to explore science hands on!
To start the week off we organised workshops for the whole school so that children got a real feel for what science looks like in the world we live in. These workshops were an absolute hit with the children and were a great WOW entry point to the week.
The week continued to be fun with activities designed around understanding scientific language and an investigative approach with every classroom completing a wide range of investigation throughout the week.
During one afternoon, we invited our parents in to have the experience of working with their children on a science investigation. Take a look at the video below - it was great fun!
